Ship Bytes stores your email address, subscription status, confirmation dates and email delivery identifiers to operate the newsletter. We use Resend to send confirmation emails and newsletters and manage unsubscribe preferences.

Subscribing requires email confirmation. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. We keep suppression records to avoid sending to addresses that have unsubscribed, bounced or reported spam.

This site uses a short-lived security cookie to protect subscription forms. Subscription request limits use a keyed hash of your address and IP, retained for up to one hour. We do not use advertising cookies or website analytics.

Confirmation links expire after 24 hours and can be used once. Your address is not published or sold. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the service.
